- v1.0 original ‘British Shred’, w/o CC s.n. <= 1700
- v2.0 ‘Recto Vintage’ (w/o “Fat Mod”), with Lead 1 Red Recto board and CC 1701 <= s.n. <= 5200
- v2.01 ‘Recto Vintage’ with a modified Lead 1 Red (“Fat Mod”), Recto board and CC 5201 <= s.n. <= ???
- v3.0 ‘Classic Boogie Lead’ (LoneStar) w/o Lead 1 Red Recto board, only CC ??? <= s.n. (Oct/2004)

My Triaxis serial number is 7665 and it still had Lead 1 Red with the Recto board and the Fat Mod. I had the Fat Mod removed last June. I think the guy at Boogie said that mine was probably from 2003 and it was the tail end of the Recto board though. So maybe anything over 8000 or so is potentially V3.0. That's a guess though.

My Triaxis preamp is a version 3.0 with the Ser No. TX-5 8717. I know it's a version 3.0 because I called Mesa Boogie headquarters and was informed as such. Hope that helps in confirming Ser No.'s
over 8000 are a version 3.0 Tri. At least mine is. Cheers!
