I know that with an expression pedal I can control all parameters in my triaxis.
I use an ADA midi footcontroler wich has 2 expressions in.
I would like to know how can I tell to triaxis what these pedals will do ?
I mean how can triaxis recognize wich pedal I am pressing ?
Is there some midi code in my pedals informing triaxis wich one I am pressing ?
So how can I know my pedals code or whatever ?

Thanks for the help

Yes I know but I couldnt understand if I plug 2 expression pedals how can I told to triaxis wich things each one will be controlling.

I f I had more pedals how could I told to triaxis ?

Every pedal has a code or something ?
thanks

Yeah I have to read up on it myself it’s been a while since I owned the TriAxis.
You are right the TriAxis can accept up to 120 different controllers.
Do you know what controller numbers your ADA is using for the real-time pedals?
And do you know what midi channel it’s sending on?

So when you in controller assign you have to set each parameter.
Example
Say your pedal 1 is sending on control 20 and you want the gain, treble to respond to this pedal.
Get into controller assign and change the value under each parameter you want it to respond to.
So you would set (in this case treble to 20 gain to 20
If you had another pedal and its sends on control 30 and you wanted the bass to respond to this controller then set the bass to 30 on the Triaxes while in controller assign mode.

Going to work see you later :D

I found at my ada s manual the number of these controlers.
Now I got it.
Thanks 6L6C I apreciated your help
Nice people around here.

Hey 6L6C do you use an expression to control several parameters in the triaxis ?

I mean when your pedal is backed up you have a clean sound for an example, when you press your pedal down the parameters changed to a vintage clean with some distortion .

This is awsome.2 sounds per preset.
It is a very helpful thing.

You got it!!
Really sweet for little things like little fills lean on your pedal a little more gain maybe some more mids.
now target things on a effects processor also like a delay output or something, really nice effect.
I use to love the morphing effect as opposed to (click) new program.
Glad you got!!
Enjoy I know you will !!!!!!!!

Some people say that mark IV is more organic than triaxis.
Others say triaxis cant give a mark IV tone.
What the hell I can nail a tone identical to a mark IV and even if triaxis were less ORGANIC I really dont care cause it offers so many possibilites
that I love triaxis.
:p

I got rid of my Triaxes and 2:90 a few years ago at the time something had to go.
For me the Triaxes is the best for playing out.

I did keep my Mark IV I favor that allot more in a recording environment and I don’t mind changing power tubes during sessions, while recording I have 3 sets of power tubes
1 4 6L6
2 2 6L6 2 EL34
3 4 6V6
Under live conditions I favor the 2 6L6 2 EL34 combination and use a Rockman Octopus to do all my channel switching and EQ through midi , so everything is done from my midi foot controller. Although I have 3 awesome tones with the Mark IV I do miss my Triaxes and 2:90 and plan to get this setup again in the future the thing I miss the most is the real time controllers I use to have allot of fun with those
