Well i am trying to get away from the rectifier series I feel like the eternal voltage or gain stages of the amp is too high which maks it impossible to get good audible tone. When i do get the 2 channel to sound awsome everythings great until my singer friend with the line 6 bogner 2nd gen over a g-flex cab and the other guy has a marshal triple super lead (clatter) over my old mesa cab. Thier i go in the mix and then its dial city i have reds mesa 6l6 and zero headroom anything that is audible is crap.

So i am selling my 2 channel few bites one real interest but he seems like hes not buying. Then i get presented with a rare oppurtunity someone wants to trade me for my blackface (which can be seen at the link below) for either a 02 triple or a triaxis preamp i know nothing about the preamp i know loads about the triple i know if i get the triaxis i need a power amp if i get the triple i need nothing but i am stuck with another rectifier and i possibly will be out the extra cash i could get from this amp

What do I Do!?!?!?!?

Monetarily speaking, based on the prices that I've seen those two units going for in my area, and the value that you're placing on your Recto, it isn't a good trade.

The TriAxis with some cash on top of it would be good for you IMHO though, if you don't mind the learning curve with the TriAxis. It isn't horrible though, and once you "get it" you'll be golden.

well the guy is also gonna give me a 5 space rack with the triple or the triaxis my thing with the triaxis is i don't have a power amp don't wanna have to buy one lol also i know waayyy more about the rectos
