The programmable MASTER control regulates the output level and the effects SEND (as well as the recording jacks send). Does this mean the output level and effects send level will always be the same? Or is there a way to store them independently?

I am running the Triaxis effects send to the input of a Digitech 2120, and the outputs from the 2120 to the Triaxis effects returns. TriX loop switch on and 2120 on all works ok with effects. TriX loop switch off is OK with no effects. But - with TriX loop switch on and turn down level on 2120 I get nothing.

Does this mean the TriX has a serial effects loop? If so, is there a way to balance wet/dry in the TriX?

Thanks much.

The loop on the triaxis is serial, meaning the entire signal from the preamp goes out of the unit at the effects send, and comes back in the effects return. A parallel loop has mix/wet percentage.

The programmable master volume controls one volume in the triaxis, the effects send volume. If nothing is put into the effects loop (or the loop is off), it in turn acts as a programmable master volume. If something is in the effects loop (and the loop is on), it controls how much signal is few back into the triaxis, making the thing in the effects loop the master volume. This is why if your triaxis' loop is on and the effects in it's output is lowered (or turned off), the triaxis makes less (or no) sound.

The overall output level (from the main outs) is controlled via the concentric pots on the right side, which are not programmable.

Hope that helps!
