I'm selling my TriAxis 2.0 (no fat mod) on ebay

Item number: 200407396877

It wont let me put up a buy it now price.

{{{ The reserve is set to $5.00 over Starting price first bid gets it! }}}}

I payed $1,000 and I'm charging $150 over that so I can brake even after paying for ebay, shipping, gas, and PayPal. I still think its a good deal seeing as how the past 3 or 4 went for $1,175 - $1,265 and so on.

I want a Mark IIC+ and that's all I want. It has all new Mesa 12AX7-A's. This is the way I got it and its how I'm selling it.

I know bud but I'm trying to get the cash to buy a C+ and its not going to good I'm getting really frustrated. I know I can get one for $1,800 / 2,800. I have $600 in the bank and the TriAxis up on ebay for $1,150. So that would get me off to a good start if I can ever sell it. lol

On that note I really want to buy the C+ from someone on The Boogie Board when I do get the cash because I really don't trust ebay at all. I think I have the fear I might end up with a mark III in a IIC+ chassis.

Yeah, I fully understand the ebay thing. I just bought a Carvin Vintage 50 that was supposed to have a 'Clean bill of health,' from a tech in their area. It doesn't even work!

Dude that flat out sucks!!!! EvilBay :twisted:

And that's my hole point. (Starts shaking)----{I have the fear man} lol I don't wanna pay $2,300 for a C+ and get a B or a III. I like this board and you guys have all ben cool so this is the place I'm going to buy it when it comes time.

Check this out!

This member sold me a Boogie Mark IIC+ last month. Please take a look at the listing:

Upon trying to sell this amp, I was receiving emails from people who were requesting confirmation on the transformer numbers, and chassis letter coding. Upon researching the transformer numbers, I discovered that the output transformer numbers didn't match-up to the year of the amp? I found out that the number corresponded to either a 1985 Mark III OT, or a 1995 OT - but it is not the original transformer! Also - the letter coding was changed from a "DRG", to "HRG"! I did more research, along with speaking to Mike B. at MESA. What we have here, is an amp the was a Mark IIC that was originally a "Simul-Class" amp - and was converted to a 60/100 watt amp. He states in the listing that the amp had a "Mark IIC+ PCB" installed into it... After speaking with Mike B. at MESA, I found out that this is not true. Mike B. stated; "No reverb equipped Mark IIC amp received a Mark IIC+ PCB". So - he lied about the Mark IIC+ PCB, and never divulged anything about the OT swap. Why? because any MESA collector knows that there's no way anyone would pay $2,300.00 for this amp!
Are you thinking that maybe he didn't know about it before he sold it? Well, let me enlighten you...

Here is his email reply where new-world-man 2112 admits to knowing about the refit:

"I have no clue what OT it has, I just know it has the 105 PT. Even if it has a 562100, it's the exact same spec as the IIC 100W transformer. In fact, Hetfield has had a 562100 in his IIC+ "Crunch Berries" since the latter part of the "Justice" tour because he blew out the original (Kirk has one in one of his IIC+ also). The amp was an upgrade done by Mike B who replaced the board. It started life as a IIC, Simul and was converted to a IIC+, 100W. The conversion to 100W required Mike to swap the OT, which I assumed was the IIC+ tranny. The chassis markings would be changed accordingly..."
