Triaxis - all LEDs went out except the effects loop! Dead!!

Oh man, this sucks.

So I moved two days ago, I keep all my gear in a nice rack, but I hook up to practice, and all the lights on my Triaxis are out except all the effects loop. It's dead as a door nail. Any advice guys? I'm baffled. I've never had an issue this severe. Help!

Well, I found out several things - apparently this is a common warning sign if there is a power issue or a problem with a ground. I removed the triaxis from my rack, replaced all 5 tubes, and plugged it into a different outlet on a different circuit. It worked fine. I plugged it back into my power conditioner, again it worked fine. I reinstalled it in my rack.... Dead!

Apparently, apparently there's a ground issue with a new rack unit I just added to my system last week. It took me a moment to trouble shoot the thing myself, but I hope that this post is able to help someone else should it happen to them.

Thanks for that. First time I've heard of this problem... probably a lot of others too considering no one else had an answer.
