I would stay away from it, that poser group you dont like, everclear uses the tremverbs.
OK now that I harrased you for putting down everclear, they are very good amps, more upper mid's then a reg recto. Alot of rock bands prefer the trem's, such examples would be everclear, incubus and Lindsay Buckingham from fleetwood mac. I am sure there are many more.

Are these the only differences b/c this and a straight-up Dual Rec? How does the blues mode compare to a Marshall JCM 800 if you install EL34's in it?
Is this the amp that Soundgarden used to record Badmotorfinger?
Although I prefer the Mark tones vs. Rectos, I like the rhythm and lead tones on that particular album.
I've heard this amp is very versatile. thx.
