I am considering a trade of my Mint condition Roadster Head for a Triaxis Pre WITH a Mesa 20/20 power amp. The Roadsters have been going as low as $1,500 on ebay and I have seen an average price of $1,000 for the Triaxis Pre's and about $500 for the 20/20 power amps. This is all a rough estimate but I think if the deal was for the two pieces and included a sturdy rack unit (which the two should already be inside) I would say its an even trade.
I know there are a few different models of the Pre's. I am looking for the model with the Rectifier's Orange Lead channel. Let me know your thoughts or if there is a possible interest. I keep very good condition of my Mesa gear and would expect the condition of the two pieces to be the same. I'll post pictures if anyone bites.
Lastly, I love my Roadster to death. Seriously, I don't need cash, just a rig thats very versatile and portable. The Roadster in an ATA case will NOT fit in an overhead compartment on a plane. A 3-4 space rack will. Thats the only reason I am looking for the trade. The Roadster has become my favorite Boogie of all time, period. Better then any Boogie I have owned or played through. Just gotta meet the needs of a project thats pretty big. Thanks.
