Can someone please share the opinion/knowledge as to what cab they think would produce some good tight bottom end? I am running a mark III into a marshall 1960a and it's not working out as well as I would want.

I can't really try all possible cabs in the city, I would really be thankful if someone could point me in the right direction!

I mean, is it 4x10, 4x12, 2x12, open back, 3/4 back, half-back? EV, black shadows, celestions etc... any info would help me on how to get better tight bottom end.

Thanks in advance !

Genz Benz 2x12 gflex (ported/baffled) @ 150watts with 4/8/16 ohm plugs. closed back.

Mesa 80's/90's half-open back 4x12 w/ 150 watt Eminence spkrs (100 lbs approx.)

The Genz Benz is badass, I used it with my RK1 and JCM 800, always loved it! very portable too, it's about as loud as my 1960a.

Currently using it with my Mark III green.

+1 Genz Benz george lynch 2x12 , it's like as hell, and sounds AWESOME
