Threadplate grill...

Anyone have any luck painting or powder coating the chrome threadplate ?
The Dual Rec I am getting thursday has chrome, I really like the black ones.

Chrome rules !!!! I don't think you can successfully paint over chrome without stripping it, however I think it's actually made of polished stainless steel so you may be in luck.
