Just thought I'd share a couple of maintenance tips regarding a thiele, or indeed, any speaker cab. Mine is almost 20 years old now and I was surprised to find that nearly all the screws had considerably come loose. In fact, the speaker had "play" between itself and the baffle.
Many years of high power usage undoubtably causing this to happen.
I also took the opportunity to rotate the EV 180 degrees as a precaution against "speaker cone sag" that, while not critical for 12", can be a problem for larger speakers. Anyway, certainly won't do any harm.
