I built an amp before, tolexed it, and I really don't want to do that again. What about the grill?

My Mesa is about 14 years old, covered with dings, tolex is ripped in a couple of places, permant marker writing on the back, hand grenades painted on both sides (why? i have no idea), gaffer's tape covering the hand grenades...

...and it sounds fantastic!
