I thought it was basically the same as the Micro cube.

The cube is 2 watts while the vox has the option to run at .5, 1.5 or 5 watts. The lower power settings are to conserve battery power. The vox also has a larger speaker. The Cube uses 6 AA batteries while the vox uses 6 C batteries.

Other than that they are pretty much the same thing.

Looks like I might have one on my Birthday wishlist along with a beater guitar. It'd be nice to be able go to the park and play while my daughter runs around. I think that is why the ol' lady got hers.
