the early 90's DR Randall Smith paper brochure

Does anybody have the/a link or photo of that original fold out Randall Smith brochure/pamphlet printed on (brown ?) paper that was included with early DR amps ? It's like a white paper on DR voicing, and his personal take on how he sees the 'voice' of Rectifier series amps. Has some critical intel that I need. Lost my link/pdf file that had it. =\ Any help is appreciated.
