The channel 3 Pentode Triode modes..

Reading the Mk V manual it doesn't seem clear if the channel 3 Pentode / Triode modes apply to both the 45 and 100 watt modes?
It refers to the configuration of the 45 watt's middle pair power tubes, but also in the 100 watt mode?

The switch works in both modes (45/90)

On a related note....10W mode channel 3 is pentode according to a mesa tech. I emailed them a long time ago about the pentode/triode switch not working in 10 W mode and they said it is pentode only. I do not think the manual mentions this.
