I have the Roadster 212 which is essentially the same cab except the piping around the grill is different and for some reason weighs 1lb more which I can't see why. Anyway, the thing cranks and sounds great. Loud, pushes a lot of air, and fortunately somewhat small and easier to tote around but it's by no means light. I stack it with a Roadster 1-12 cab and together it's a great stack. I guess you'll hear a lot of comments about it being "tight" sounding but I don't know - just sounds good.

Ah, cvansickle..... the other Silverburst guy. :)

It sounds great with a Stiletto amp. It is small in size but I would not say that it sounds small by any means. Clean modes and Gain modes both sound equally good through this cabinet. Between the Stiletto and Recto 2X12 cabinets I would think is a matter of personal taste when comparing them sound wise. Myself, I favor the Recto cab but I would not try to talk anyone out of getting the Stiletto cab.

Here's a visual comparison for you.

I know, a sound bite comparison would be better but............

Just for the hell of it I did the A/B sound test last night with my 27 year old son.
He's not quite as into this stuff as me but he worked for years as a car audio guy. He's got good ears.
His comment on the Stiletto cabinet......."Hmmmmmm, it sounds tighter" so there you go jab

that's funny, I'd go with the "tighter" description . Anyone with an audio background must have an idea of what he's hearing, and I've heard it said a lot.

didn't mention before, but I like having the cab in contact with the floor. Especially in bars with wood floors, these things can get a little thunderous.
