TC G Major questions

hey guys for those of you out there that use the TC G major.....

1) when switching from preset to preset are the changes instant? in other words.....you dont have to wait for the g-major to catch up with your preamp?

2) I have seen a few folks mention the g-major 2......does anybody know when it is coming out and is there any info online about it?

It's not totally instant on mine...it is noticeable when you go from a crunchy patch to a chorusy clean...the chorus comes in a moment late. Kinda annoying if you're paying attention, but I usually don't notice it.

normaly i don´t have to wait for the preset sound, but there are a few issues where you could have this problem.
i recognized a delaytime catching up the preset, while using a pitch-shifter or whammy effect with it.
