Anyone familiar with these pedals. They cost about $250 each and I wondered how good they are.

Hi,

I have just bought the TC Electronic Nova Delay and the Reverb. They both sound very good IMO.

The Delay is very flexible. It has 9 presets and a manual mode. You can switch between presets by pressing the Tap Tempo and the Manual/Peset footswich subsequently. A nice feature is the audio tapping: by pressing and holding the Tap Tempo footswich you can set the tempo of the delay by playing quarter notes while the output of the delay is muted. This works great. It has the dynamic delay known from the TC 2290.

The Reverb is less flexible - it only has one preset - but also sounds great. You can switch between manual and preset, so you can set two different reverb effects and switch between them.

I still have to try them in the FX loop to see if they can withstand the gain level of my Mark III.

Regards, Douke
