This unit does not appear to have the same problems with bad chip sets that some of the others had.
It is a replacement unit from TC. The original one that I bought did have the freezing problems.
It is in near mint condition, with only a handfull of hours of play time on it.
Comes with manual, box, etc. Not sure if I have the warranty card, but I'll look.
I also upgraded the software to version 1.11.
The only blemishes I can find are a few scrathces that are about the size of a pin head.
It is brand new and has never left my house.
