TA-15 Loud POP When Powering Off

Title says it all. Very loud pop when turning off. Only way to avoid this is to put into Standby for about 10 seconds before turning off. Any ideas?

Mine is the same. I always turn it to standby, wait for some time and then turn it off

Does the wattage setting make a difference?

I have a TA-30 and have not run into this issue. Perhaps it is unique to the TA-15?

And, I know this sounds like a broken record, but call Mesa. They are excellent at giving tech support over the phone.
