hello, i have heard that there is a way to remove something from a wah pedal to make it a volume pedal, and i saw a morley wah pedal that had a footswitch to make it a volume pedal. so does anyone know how to do this? i have a morley tremonti power wah. thanks.

It's supposed to be a simple thing, however, I think the difficulty is the sweep range that is ideal for a wah is not ideal for volume swells for a volume pedal.

The dunlop Mr. Crybaby is a classic example. The wah is just okay and the volume is even less useful.

For a Tremonti wah, it's not possible to convert to an effective volume pedal because the wah is switchless and has a spring to keep it in the heel position. The Morley wah/volume pedals are not switchless and do not have this spring.
