Went to go pull the trigger on a Mark V head and they are back ordered 8 - 10 weeks. They have a combo but I want the head! :x Oh well. Guess I'll have to wait.

Wow, sorry to hear that man, but get ready for the longest wait of your life!

Just about everyone here had to wait that long (and longer!) for their amps from the first shipment...

however, as most here will attest to, hang in there & be patient...it,s going to be well worth it!

I waited 6 days from the point I decided to get a combo till it was shipped, so you never know!!! You just might get lucky....,,,

I find it odd... the manner in which the Mark V's have been shipped.

I live in Virginia, which is just about as far away from California as possible, and I can go to at least 3 different local music stores and pick up a head or a combo. Hell, even the guitar center here has a couple combos... out of the box and on the floor.

Just keep watching ebay... MESA is setting the record for the most amps bought and sold within the first 30 days... :mrgreen:

You know, for someone who actively bashed the Mark V as openly as you do, you sure do spend a lot of time trolling the Mark V forum...

Why don't you go spend more time in the Guytron forums?
