Stiletto Deuce Series I

-Rack gear gets good sig.
-Master output has no effect on sig
-Low farty output

One 5u4g doesn't glow but gets warm, the other glows. Switching to diode has no effect.

EL34's are seeing signal, swapping with other 34's has no effect.

No extra 5u4g's to try - could the rect tubes cause this problem even when switched to diode?

mmmkay - RTFM on the master output, lol. "only works with loop switched in".

Plugged head into MkIII combo speaker, works fine. Gotta be speaker cab or cable...

Pulled the back off the 4/12, ran MkIII directly to speaker - good
Ran MKIII directly to jack connections - wiring good.

Plug in original setup to confim bad speaker cable...

...now it works fine?! WTF?

Both of your rectifier tubes should glow,, maybe it gets warm because it absorbs heat from the other tube.
