Stiletto cab stereo question

I have a Stilletto cab and it appears to be wired for stereo operation (1 8-ohm input, 2 4-ohm). However, the two 4-ohm inputs are plugged with black caps. Is this normal? I'm in a position now to run 2 heads into a single cab and thought I'd be able to do it with this one but just not sure. I realize it's a rather newbie question so forgive me . Just never really paid attention to the stereo inputs 'til now.

Elaborate steps to take:

1) remove the caps
2) plug in
3) start rocking!!
