Some questions about M II C +

I found on EBAY own say it's the original 2c+ (NOT modded) as confirmed by Mike B

What is meaning the original 2c+ (NOT modded) ? Mike B is C+ Maker?

How can i know this's c+ mod(fake C may be A or B M II)?

C + is high gain right?

I suppose original means the amp was shipped from Mesa as a C+.

If the C+ upgrade was done by Mike B., the chassis would be marked as:

IIB-->C+ (From a IIB to C+)
or
IIC-->C+ (From a IIC to C+)

You will need to pull the chassis out to see the markings, It is usually marked on the short side corresponding to the pilot lamp.

C + is high gain right?
