I have a Mark IV Widebody Combo cabinet that used to hold my DC-5.

I have recovered it in Wine Buggy Whip Taurus (Burgundy) with Wicker Grill Cloth.
I will post some pics tomorrow.

It comes with a cover, but nothing else.
No logo, speaker, or reverb. It does have the Mark IV tube layout chart inside.
I can also include the aluminum bar for the back if it's needed.

This cab will fit:
DC-5
Mark IV Widebody
Nomad 55
Mark III Widebody
Caliber 50 & 50+

$125 shipped to continental US.

I have some pictures, but my camera is not very good, sorry!
Here is what it looked like with my DC-5 in it:

Does it have the rails for mounting the FU3 footcontroller? i don't see those in the pics with teh Dc loaded.

Also, you say "wide body" Mkiv.... isn't that also called "medium"? I have a medium mk iv head, wondering if.........

Should be the same.

The footswitch has a bracket on the right side of the chassis that hangs down, and then the left side fastens to the bracket that is set into the cabinet itself.

It's still there, but was covered by the aluminum bar across the back.
Feel free to call me and I can answer any questions you might have. I'm home all day working on amps and other stuff.
