Small problem with my RKII

when using channel 4 and CLEARLY switched on to recto-tracking, the little yellow diode LED in the front is STILL LIT!

this isnt the case with ALL the channels...only channel 4....

any suggestions?? i know its not a biggie, but i paid GOOD money for this amp and i want to be FLAWLESS

Are u using all the powertubes in channel 4? If you use 4 x 6l6 + 2 x el34s. you can only choose diodes

yea i am....but there IS a difference in sound though...maybe its just me having a brain fart???

It's normal. Mine did the same thing. I posted here and there was a bit of a discussion about it and someone called Mesa to confirm.

Whenever emplying all the tubes on the RKII it will kick up the diodes just for even more extra mmph.
