SINGLE SOLO 50 RECTIFIERS RULE !!

Because:

A) You can pick these amps up cheap. Well under a $1000, usually $750 - 900.

B) They deliver the rectifier sound!

C) They are simple and way less fussy than a dual or triple, with less to go wrong.

D) Lighter and easier to transport

E) More than loud enough for a gig, Quiet enough for home practice.

Nothing not to like.

very true. I was going to buy a new single in '06 but i happened to find a used DR for about the same price so i bought that, but definitely enjoyed the sound of the single!

I am with you 100%. I Love my Single. Though mine is a heavy Rectoverb Custom Combo, I still don't mind lugging it.

The only thing I don't like on mine is the channel switching fade in/mute circuit. Mine is a Series II.
