Well I have a huge problem... for me anyways. I own a Recto-Verb II. Its cleans and reverb are not the greatest as we all know. Should I just sell the single Recto and get the Road King II or keep the single Recto-Verb and also get the LoneStar for the nice cleans and reverb. I will take a loss on the Recto-Verb for sure. If I have the RK II, I need to pack just one amp. HELP !!!!

Touch call dude. I am almost tempted to say go with the two amp setup. The RoadKing is alot of amp. Too much for me unless my band totally takes off. Meanwhile if you go with the two amp setup and get tired of the rock sound, you still have the Lone Star beauty and can get some cash for the Single.

I did the 2 amp thing for a while, and while it's fun and you get the tones you want and it looks cool on stage to have a huge set up, it's always nice to have it all in one package!

I actually did the 2 amps with a Road King and an AC30 because I had a series 1 road king and the cleans didn't cut it for the music I needed the cleans on. I now have a Roadster and I absolutely love it. I still do the 2 amp thing every now and then, but because I WANT to, not because I HAVE to.
