Single Rec/Mark IV Speaker questions.

So after I buy the planned Mark IV, Im looking to pick up some cabinets with V30's in them.

The two obvious choices are The Mesa Recto cabinet, and the Carvin Legacy cabinet.

How much power am i going to lose by running an 8 ohm out (from the mark IV for example) into a 16 ohm speaker input? Any tone difference?

And if i wanted to run four cabinets - 2 from each head (recto and Mark IV) how bad would it be for 4ohm --> 16ohm?

Other than that, any critiques on the Legacy cabinet compared to the recto? (Barring price, and the fact that the legacy doesnt have stereo.)
