Has anyone from the UK sent anything back to Mesa?
If so how did you handle the return shipping?

Mesa say that I have to arrange the return shipping myself and DHL in the UK say I would have to contact DHL in the States directly.

Does anyone have any experience of this?

Have you tried to speak to Westside Distribution. They are the official importers and deal with Mesa warranties if that's why you need to ship it.
Their engineers aren't too hot though in my experience! :?

Thanks for the responses guys. I have an old Mk2 that going for an upgrade. I have dealt with Westside before when they sold me a component for £12.75 which only cost a pound or so at Maplins, this was when I was converting a 20/20 from US to UK voltage. So I would rather keep them out of the 'loop' so to speak.

Is this Ian Triggs? Can't you prepay Mesa to ship it back to you as a repair?
