Setting up G-Major

I know how to hook up my G-Major to my Roadster's f/x loop's send and return, but how should I initially set up the G-Major before tweaking? I'm more of a plug and play kinda guy, so using an effects processor is pretty new to me.
If anyone has any good lead settings they can share, I would appreciate it.
