Has anyone done this? I'm thinking of sending my head to Mike for a tune up but are there any other improvements that could be made? Maybe some VOS or NOS parts that would improve the tone in addition to some stock part replacements? Any ideas or insight?

I will post serial # and gut pics soon.

Thanks,

S.G.

mmm yes and no. He will clean it up a bit and replace worn parts, but this is mostly minimal. That's the most he will do by you just "sending it in." If you wanted a big mod, you would ask him to tune it to Rev C or D specs. You will have no usable clean channel though, if you do.

You seem to have a lot of 2ch Rectos... Do you have an opinion on the Rev G?
