Has anyone here sent their pedals to Mr. Neely for repairs?
I've never experienced such an extraordinarily small amount of communication from someone in the repair business. Never lets you know anything, pretty much.
He is taking an agonizingly long time, so I'm just curious if anyone can share their experiences with him.
