the vintage gain mode on channels 3/4 is a great mode.

really has me thinking about selling the IIC+....
not exactly the same, Roadster still has more "fizz" etc, but , really? it's really close to the IIC+ lead tone.
with the versatility to boot, no question as to what is getting played more right now...

I still love plugging into the Mark, but, the Recto vintage mode is soooo great...????

I realize what Vintage refers to... the old Mark series gain!?!

I wouldn't say it's terribly similar, but I suppose it might be modeled after it in a way. I'd say keep 'em both dude! You can never have too many amps...

Vintage in Ch. 3 is great , esp when you put a Maxon od808 out front.

give it a shot. I use it mostly as a 'boost' but occasionally will add a bit of 'gain' gets things just a bit more 'dirty'.

fun channel indeed.

esp on 50 Watts and spongy.

Yea vintage mode on my RKII is awesome. This thing is soooo versatile, i havent touched my Mark IV, marshall, or my 6505+ in weeks.
