never posted a soundfile before.....here is my first one.
yesterday we started the preproduction of our Demo CD...don´t ask for a name of the band, we still can´t decide how we should call our new project.
what you hear is the guidetrack of our song called "shark attack".
drums, bass, vocals and one guitartrack were recorded live in our rehearsal-room.... after my bandmates left the room, i did overdubs on the soloparts as well as three layers of rhythmguitar....just for doing some soundtests.
two takes are played with the red-channel set to modern with diodes and two takes with the orange channel set to vintage with tubetracking.
the guitar i used was a EBMM JP6 BFR running into my beloved Mesa Roadster head into my old marshall cabs with mixed speakers (V30 and G12T75) both speakertypes are miced with one SM57.
remember, it´s only a guidetrack and not even a rough mix!
but i thought you like to here some Roadster stuff.
