i am thinking of making a rack

have one of those cases that i can put the head in there. and then underneath it i will have some rack stuff

tuner.. fx processor.. eq.. etc..

my question is, is the roadster capable to be switched with a midi pedal board such as the gound control by DMC

and how would i hook it up, there is no midi out.. just the midi plug labeled "foot controller"

Honestly....I dont know--I would check with Mesa's tech support on that one!!

To be able to control it with a MIDI pedalboard, you must add a MIDI switcher like the Axess CFX4.
It will allow you to control the four channels (because it only has four connectors) or the whole channels/fx loop/reverb thing if you ask Axess to make you a custom cable for this particular head. The CFX4 costs about $150. The thing you call a MIDI plug is not a MIDI plug, just a multi-pin plug for the special Mesa/Boogie Roadster controller.
