Anyone have a hard time matching up the clean channel to be the same or less volume than the distorted? i have it great at band practice.. but for some reason when i play shows.. the clean channel just always cuts through as a lot louder.. even when i crank the master volume on my channel 4 or 3. :-\ could i need a compressor or something? (have one on my g system)

I seem to have the opposite problem, getting my clean loud enough! how high are your gain settings and where are your mids at on ch3 & 4?

hm. on my channel 4 of the roadster.. i have my mids at 10 oclock.. gain at 11 oclock. master volume is at 3 oclock.
clean channel master volume is seriously at like 9 oclock. doesnt seem louder at band practice.. but in a show environment was very loud! and when id switch back to distortion it just seemed low.

What are your eq settings, your tube settings, wattage settings and voicings on each channel? Also are you using spongy or bold power?

I meant for all your channels.... the mismatch in volume maybe due to the mods or power options your using.
