I've been thinking about getting a Roadster. I really miss the Recto tone in my setup!
A friend of mine has a Roadking 1 that he is bored with.
I might be able to work out a trade for my Rivera and a Digitech GSP-1101 or something.
I have a bunch of questions about the RK1:
1. I was wondering if the RK1 likes pedals? OD, compressor, etc. in front.
Also, does it get along with a G-Major 2 in the loop?
2. Is there a glitch or dropout when changing channels (assuming all channels are using same wattage settings)?
3. Has anyone modded their clean channels to sound more like the RK2 or Roadster? Looks kind of simple (not really simple, but doable) when I look at the drawings.
4. Can anyone offer any advice concerning the RK1?
I know that I would like a Roadster or RK2 much better because of their clean tones, but shipping one to Hawaii is freaking ridiculous!
