I have a Road King series 11 combo. I've just ordered (don't have yet) a 2x12 Road King horizontal cabinet. Can't wait to hear the two together.

My questions are basic: 1. Could someone let me know exactly which speaker input (A or B - top or bottom, ohms ?) I connect the combo to-
from the 2x12 cabinet.
2. Also- which input do I use on the back of the 2x12 to back to the combo.
The manual is not very clear to me.

My plan is to run them together- no fancy stuff- just like it would be a 4x12 cabinet.
Lastly- is it safe to put the combo, which is very heavy, on top of the 2x12 for A gig? The Mesa web site shows the combo on top of the 2x12 but is really strong enough to hold the weight of the combo?

Many thanks for any advice, input or thoughts.

Run both sets of speakers in the 4 ohm jacks on the combo. The weight will be fine on top of the 2x12. No worries

Enjoy! I have the Roadster combo. Amazing amp. The 2x12 extension cab really adds a lot. You'll be pleased.

Really looking forward to getting the 2x12. I bet it spreads the sound a lot when coupled with the combo. Also looking forward to using with my Matchless and Marshall heads.

Thanks again,
