Reverb through stiletto duece loop. problem!

so i ran my pedal through the loop and i think there may be a problem with the holy grail reverbs output levels. it's making my amp super quite and and even when i adjust the level on my loop it make s the amp a little louder but more treble is added and there is almost no bass.... anybody know whats going on here? i made sure the sends and returns are matched up properly and the pedal is powered by an adapter. the connections are all proper, short 6 ' inch cables, when the pedal in infront of the amp in my pedal chain it has no problem
