The reverb on my Caliber stop working.

I though it was a tube problem, but that's not the case.

I look inside the chassis and notice something: in the reverb tank I only gor 2 spring and it looks like there's a spot for one more.

Is this normal, just 2 springs?

Is this the problem?

If so where can I buy another spring?

Has it worked in the past?? You might disconnect the cable from the reverb unit and plug it back in a few times and then follow the cables up to where it plugs in to the amp and do the same thing....... this will clean off the contacts if there is any corrosion on the jacks (they look like RCA jacks). This also makes sure it hasn't came unplugged, my Road King did that once and so did my Tremoverb.

Not sure about the spring question??
