I wanted my head to look a little more modern and match my recto cabs so I changed out the logo and removed the 4 screws on the front piece. The screws don't seem to do anything because with the screws removed I can't remove that piece so I just left them off...

Looks good, now your logos match. I have never replaced a logo, but I have taken the logos off of a couple of my amps to straighten them. I am a perfectionist and hate crooked logos. My Mark I and F-30 both had logos that were severely crooked so I removed one screw from each logo, filled the holes with toothpicks, and re-set the logos so they were straight. A five-minute job that made my amps much more easy on my eyes.

That's funny! I replace all of mine with 'Boogie' emblems that are on the Mark IV's!

I think the only cab I have with a modern emblem is my Stiletto 4x12 standard.

Aw man! you guys coulda' swapped logos and saved some bucks!!!
Talk about fair trade!
