Replace the leather corners???

HI all, i would like to replace the leather corners on my rectifer cab, with either metal or plastic. has anyone done this before or know what corners would work best?

Mesa sells leather corner replacements and the tacks to attach them in their parts store.

The leather ones are available from Mesa. I have replaced a bunch of my older corners with new leather ones from Mesa.
Once you have the technique down, it's super easy!
Just soak them in hot water for 10 minutes and use the old nail holes.

The nails are a bit of a mother to get out though.
I use an old pair of diagonal cutters and twist the nails counter clockwise (I think) as I pull them out.
They are basically threaded in.
