Hi All,

I have been looking into rehousing my King Kontroller footpedal. This think is so darn long that I have to have a huge pedal board. I am trying to downsize so I thought by rehouse the controller, it would save me some room. Has anyone done this or could suggest someone that could. I looked inside the controller and there didn't to be much to it. But, if I break it, I am SOL.

Thank you.

This should be a fairly simple maneuver, once you open the controller. It's just a matter of finding a proper housing for it and moving all the components. There isn't much you can hurt in here, but it will void your warranty, that much is certain. You just have to take the buttons off and move them over, just like you would when switching pickguards out on a guitar.

So if you're okay with having no Warranty, then I say go for it. Turn that surf board of a footcontroller into something more space saving! I wanna see pics when you're done.
