Rectoverb Footswitch

Hi does anyone here know how to make a rectoverb footswitch or atleast know the pinout info?

The only info I have is that it is a 5 pin din, like a midi cable
Pin 1 Input left
Pin 4 Input right
Pin 2 Ground
Pin 3 Output left
Pin 5 Output right

but you might want to check with Mesa to see if that's how the footswitch uses the pins...
