Here's the Craigslist listing for it and pics:

Asking $400 for cab and $80 for shipping.
Thanks!

So, the speakers are each 8 ohm speakers, right? If so, that's too bad . . . . I need 2 16ohm speakers to make 8 ohm cab.

Yup. It's a 4 ohm cab with the EV's and I no longer have the original V30's.
Thinking about taking the speakers out and selling the cab and speakers
separate.

Is there any pros/cons for wiring them in series, especially since most 2x12s come with 16 ohm speakers wired parallel?

you probably will not hear any difference in sound at all, is most feel change (a series have a more "saggy" response and the parallell have a more open sound, but again, is barely noticeable.

as for tech side of the things when you wire'em in series if a speaker blow in the middle of the gig you are done, since the sound will not pass through/to the other speaker. in parallell if a speaker blow you can carry on with the good one and finish your gig safely :)

2 8 ohm speakers wired in series results in a 16 ohm cab, wired in parallel would be 4 ohms.

The impedance section of the roadster's user manual does a great job explaining the different wiring options.

I have never had a series cab but I certainly have a lot of miles in on the guitar playing, amp use thing and I have never ever blown a speaker on a gig or any other time for that matter! I will never worry about that.

I wondered if there would be a difference in sound wired series.
