Problem with Triaxis V1

Hi Guys

I own a second hand Triaxis V1.
Everything was working fine since yesterday.
When i Turned on the Triaxis all my set up with Ld2 sound very low with less saturation.
First I thought it was a problem of tube but the tubes a new (i changed it a month ago).
but what is weird is that all switch i had set up have gone. When a set up it again and save the preset it works but when i turn off the preamp and turn it on again everything disappear again.

any idea ?

So, I realized only yesterday evening that in fact the preset i was checking was the factory one and not mine.
So in fact i need to change the internal battery which seems to be dead
i just need to find it now ....

Are you aware of the factory presets 1-20?
They can not be overwritten unless you give the triaxis that command.
Manual page 5 Deafeat/Recall factory presets.
