Price check on IIC+, no EQ, no Reverb

Hello, I have a chance to grab an excellent condition IIC+ combo 60W, no eq and no reverb. Is $1500 about right or too much? Thanks in advance

What speaker is in the combo?
Tolexed cab or hardwood?

If tolexed cab with and EV12L or MS-12 speaker that sounds a little high.
~$1200 is more like it.
Then again the market has been all over the place so maybe $1500 is fair these days.
