ACME is very big, and a Fender distributor for all parts
I usually buy the assembly without pickups, and solder my own in.

It's easier to sell pickups with full length leads, and the prewired ones
usually trim the leads, and make them very neat, they are very much
professionally wired. ACME is top quality
